Orders


Are all products shown on the website in stock?

Yes! If a product is not marked as “Sold out”, it is in stock, waiting for you in our warehouse, and ready to be shipped.

Can I change my order or delivery address after placing it?

We can change the delivery address or recipient details while your order is in the “processing” status. However, once the order has moved to the packing stage, our warehouse works very fast and changes to the package contents are no longer possible.
If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected], including your order ID and the requested changes. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

I received the wrong product or size. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that. Please email [email protected] with your order ID and a short description of the issue.
Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

When receiving your order, please check the package contents at the post office. This helps avoid issues related to incorrect or missing items.

Delivery


How long does delivery take?

We ship internationally with Ukrainian delivery service Ukrposhta. International orders are shipped from Kyiv. Estimated delivery time is 4 weeks.

Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 10 business days, and you haven’t received your order, please email us at [email protected], stating your order ID. We will help you further.

Which countries do you ship to?

Dodo Socks are shipped across the globe to over 70 countries, except for Russia and Belarus.
We’ll automatically calculate your shipping cost at checkout once you’ve selected your country. Prices depend on your local postal zone and generally fall within the following ranges:

  • Zone 1: Europe, Near East, North Africa – €10 – €20 ($12 – $21)
  • Zone 2: East Asia, North America – $20 – 30$
  • Zone 3: South and Southeast Asia, Central and South America, Oceania, and other parts of Africa – $30 – 50$
How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 1 business day to become active.

Payment & Security


How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.

What happens to my personal data?

When placing your order, you will be asked to submit some personal data. This information will not be sent to a third party – we do, however, send you address to our central distribution office so they can deliver your order to you.

Returns & Refunds


What is your return policy?

You have the right to return all products you have bought from dodosocks.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. At this time we are only able to process refunds and not exchanges.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, with labels and original packaging intact
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
  • Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in retail or concept stores.
How do I return my order?

Please follow the steps below:

  • To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

  • Send your items in original/sealed packaging (if applicable) and with the label intact along with the order number
  • Include instructions on how we should process your refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, refunds are processed within 72 hours. During holidays, processing may take up to 45 days.

Can I return items bought from a retailer?

No. We can only process returns for items purchased directly from dodosocks.com.

I received a faulty item. What should I do?

We work hard to ensure that our products are of the highest quality possible.

  • your order ID
  • a photo of the faulty item
  • a photo of the faulty item

Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

How should I wash and care for socks?

We work hard to ensure that our socks are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your socks.

  • Cotton socks: wash at 40°C / 104°F
  • Wool socks: wash at 30°C / 86°F
  • Turn socks inside out before washing
  • Do not bleach or iron
  • Avoid tumble drying to extend product lifespan
