Can I change my order or address after I have placed it?

We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible so our warehouse is processing them within two hours of receiving them. However, we can process changes as long as you notify us immediately after placing the order. Please contact us at [email protected] stating your order ID and prefered changes.

If you received the wrong product or size please contact us at [email protected] stating your order ID. You will be provided with a new products or a refund, depending on the case.

Are all products on the website in stock?

All products of our current collection are listed on the website. The quantities displayed on the website and relevant and the undated in real time. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.

How long does the delivery take?

We ship internationally with Ukrainian delivery service Ukrposhta.
International orders are shipped from Kyiv. Estimated delivery time is 4 weeks.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your order, please email us at [email protected] stating your order ID. We will help you further.

Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.

Dodo Socks are shipped across the globe to over 70 countries, with the exception of Russia and Belarus.

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return all products you have bought from dodosocks.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. At this time we are only able to process refunds and not exchanges.

Items bought from our online store can not be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store.

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

How long will it take to process my return?

Throughout the holidays, please allow up to 45 days for your refund to be processed. Refund will process within 72 hours once the product is received by our warehouse.

Can I return items purchased at a retailer?

We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased at dodosocks.com

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We work hard to ensure that our products are of the highest quality possible. Should you come across a product that does not live up to these standards, please take a photo of the faulty product, attach it to an email in which you describe the issue, and send it to [email protected]. We will then review your claim with our production team and decide how to go forward.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.

Is my payment information safe?

Your credit card number is sent to your bank via an encrypted connection.

What happens to my personal information?

When placing your order, you will be asked to submit some personal data. This information will not be sent to a third party – we do, however, send you address to our central distribution office so they can deliver your order to you.

How should I wash and care for my socks?

We work hard to ensure that our socks are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your Happy Socks.
For our cotton socks, we recommend a washing temperature of 40°C/104°F. Our wool socks should be washed at temperature of 30°C/86°F.
All socks should be turned inside out and bleaching or ironing should be avoided. Even though our socks are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.
